Southeast Toyota Finance is hiring for a Lease End Experience Representative. This position is a phone-based customer service position.
Responsibilities
Professionally and accurately assisting customers with the lease end process.
Utilizing a combination of customer service and sales skills to discuss lease end options and obligations.
Maintaining records on accounts and update account information.
Following-up to ensure the account is closed by lease maturity date.
Job Qualifications
Ability to handle heavy call volume, while also delivering exceptional customer service and meeting set departmental objectives.
Previous telephone and customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer and data entry skills required.
Must be available to work overtime and flexible schedule (evening and weekend hours, if required).
Proactive or Lease End Experience is a plus
